Green Building Company is delighted to be working once more with Bill Butcher and Chris Herrng, Founding Directors of 21 Degrees, on a timber frame terrace to create a 3 terraced homes on a hillside in Marsden, in the Colne Valley, for themselves, their partners and another couple to live in.

The Weavers Cottage deep retrofit is now finished and has been lived in for over a year. The occupants are reporting great comfort and low energy bills as expected from the PHPP modelling, and commented "It feels like being hugged by the house. The indoor air quality is brilliant too -and no mould or condensation!"
